- A full refund for the product will be given if the product is unopened and unaltered.
- If the product is opened, a possible 10% – 30% restocking fee will be charged depending on the condition of the product.
- If a product qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping the product will be deducted from the refund.
Product is Defective
If you’ve received a product you believe to be defective, please contact us immediately and describe the problem in detail. In most instances a perceived defective product are technical adjustments that our team can help guide you through.
*Customers located outside of the contiguous United States are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting the defective product back and receiving the replacement (Hawaii, Alaska, International).
Damaged in Shipment
If you’ve received a product you believe was damaged in transit, contact OPT immediately so we can guide you through the process. Take photos of the damages and provide them to our customer service team.
Refunds and Credits
After receipt of return, please allow 5-10 business days for OPT to review. Once determined, if a refund is requested, the refund will be returned via the original payment method. Allow 3-7 days for the refund to post. For international refunds, it may take up to 14 days to post. If a credit is requested, it will be provided in the form of a gift card.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Open Box Purchases
Open box purchases follow the same warranties and return policy as new item purchases.
Used Item Purchases
Used items have the same 30 day return policy as new items, plus they are also covered by a 90 day OPT warranty for defects. We want you to be completely comfortable with your decision to purchase one of our used items.
